Birchbox Sun Sea & Sand - July 2014

Well it is that time of the month again...  Birchbox time (cheeky).  These boxes can sometimes be a hit or a miss but lately I've been given some really nice items.  This month is their Sun Sea & Sand box to celebrate the Summer holidays.  Designed to take you from 'beach to bar'.  Here is a glimpse into my Birchbox.  Do leave your comments and let me know what you got in yours too.

Birchbox, subscriptionbox

Welda - Shampoo Sample.  I have used shampoo from the Welda range before and they are ideal to take with you on long weekends.

Balance Me:  Wonder Eye Cream - I have received the eye cream before, it is sample size the full size version would set you back £20.  I'm a real eye cream sceptic, not a huge fan so definitely wouldn't pay full price for one.  However, it is a nice product.

Gilchrist & Soames:  English Spa Sea Kelp Extract Mineral Bath - I do normally like bath and shower products from G&S however, this one smells a bit granny-ish.  Can't quite put my finger on it. In saying that, it will come in handy for those moments between running out of your favourite and getting back to Boots.

Compagnie De Provence:  Mediterranean Sea Hand Cream.  This doesn't smell great but it does really moisturise the hands.  The packaging is very plain to be honest, if I saw this in the shops, I would walk straight past it - doesn't scream 'buy me'.

LAQA & Co:  Sheer Lip Lube Pencil in the shade 'Bees Knees' - I was very excited to see this product, I adore LAQA & Co.  I have other shades of theirs in my collection and this colour, Bees Knees is so gorgeous.  It is actually quite pigmented and is a nice coral shade for Summer - thank you Birch Box for giving us this.

The Life Style Extra this month comes in the form of Ultradex Oral Spray - I am pleased with this. I always carry breath freshener with me.  Gets rid of nasty coffee breath - nothing worse.
