Spring is here...
How do you move on from Winter? Here are some ideas.
Keep your skin looking fresh and healthy with a weekly exfoliation. I like to use the Body Shop Pink Grapefruit body scrub on my body and the Exfoliator Cleanser from their Seaweed range. This gives your skin a weekly pick me up and a great start to the weekend.
Think about your lipstick, let us brighten up our faces with a pretty pink or coral. I am currently loving my MAC 'Candy Yum Yum'. It makes me feel happy.
Gut your wardrobe! Be ruthless, if you haven't looked at it in 6 months get rid of it. Bag it up and donate it to your local Oxfam. Someone will get the benefit from it - also gives you an excuse to go shopping!
Steer clear of those sun beds, treat yourself to a Nouvatan spray tan at your local salon and keep it topped up with Garnier Summer Body. I had one the other evening and I feel instantly healthier - must be something psychological in it.
Remember to keep moisturised all over and always try and use a product with an SPF, especially with those sunnier days ahead of use (well we can hope).
Nothing completes your look better than having some lovely polished paws. Even on the days of no makeup, having gorgeous looking nails makes me feel good. I got some 'geleration' nails done when away with the girls last week however, the upkeep can be pricy. I highly recommend the 'Sensationail' home kit, available from boots. It comes complete with a small lamp and one colour and is an investment. They have an array of different shades and I am building a great collection.
