Lily Lolo are fast becoming one of my favourite makeup brands. For ages, I was under the impression that they were fairly new however, after doing my homework, realised that they have in fact been on the go since 2005!
This mineral makeup brand is truly stunning, their packaging has always been gorgeous to me. Well, they have only gone and outdone themselves with a complete rebrand! I describe it as fresh, classy and oozes sophistication. The clean white canvas with the beautifully designed black motifs brings them to another level. It gives the make up a premium, expensive feel - the best part being the prices stay affordable. To celebrate their rebranding launch I was very kindly sent over some gorgeous goodies.Mineral Blush - Candy Girl £7.99* - these mineral blushes come in matte and shimmer finishes - there are 13 shades to choose from, each customisable and easy to work with. This particular one is 'Candy Girl' super pretty. I love the name and adore the colour in this perfect girly pink. It actually looks darker than it really is, very delicate with a soft shimmer. When a little amount is blended into the skin, it actually makes the perfect highlighter. To obtain a darker shade, just build it up on the brush to make rosy blush.
Super Kabuki Brush £14.99* - This Kabuki brush is part of the new Lily Lolo brush range and it is great. There is also a smaller version 'Baby Buki' (too cute) £8.99. This brush, with it's rounded edge is ideal for buffing in powder foundation. I don't wear powder foundation but find it ideal when applying my setting powder. The hair is synthetic and is completely vegan friendly.
Last but not least, I was very kindly sent this lovely Natural Lip Gloss - Bitten Pink £7.99* - This lipgloss smells really nice and is one of the best glosses I have ever come across. With 8 shades to choose from there is one for everybody. It contains vitamin e and jojoba to nourish your lips and leaves a gorgeous tint. Bitten Pink is a ruby pink with shimmer highlights, perfectly subtle. I find it adds a certain vava-voom when applied over your favourite pink lipstick, taking it from day to night.
What do you think of Lily Lolo's rebranding, and of course their gorgeous products? Do you like the look of these products?
