Cheeky Haul

Hello lovelies, hope you have all had a good weekend, as usual it has gone too quickly.  Annoying when the week drags.  Karma.   On Friday night, I was running around mad getting my boys ready for school discos - and by the time I got in, it was so late, that I just zonked out.    Saturday was a bit better, my mother in law took them all night so I got some 'me time'.  I went round to my mum and dads and drank some Rose Wine and had a Chinese meal, it was lovely to relax for a  bit. That takes us up to today, I went into town and did a little bit of retail therapy - this is what I bought.

I have been eyeing up this Gel Polish Kit for a good while now, picking it up then returning it to the shelf, telling myself that I don't need it.  Well today I just treated myself - you may think £69.99 is extravagant but it  does comes with:

LED Lamp. Gel Cleanser, Gel Primer, Colour Gel Polish (this one is scarlet red), Gel Base & Top Coat, Buffer, Manicure Stick and Lint-free Wipes.

When you think of the cost of a Salon gel manicure in the I would normally be £42. I am very excited to try this.  I also bought another gel colour polish in 'Kitten Heel'which is a rosy pink shade.  Boots stock lots of different shades. Once you have the initial kit, the individual shades are around £15.
They say that this manicure should last 2 weeks.  I will be very impressed if it does.

I bought this mascara in brown as I have misplaced my usual brown mascara.  I got 100 extra advantage card points for buying this as it was the 'offer of the day' - pleased. I haven't had a No.7 mascara in a while.  It has a long thin brush so just ideal for during the day to create a subtle look.

I first got this as a sample 2 months or so ago, and I really like it so when the sample finished the other day I thought I'd go in and replace it.  It is an excellent early wrinkle correction cream and I use this daily before my foundation.

Whilst at the counter I also picked up my Clarins Eye Makeup Remover, I seem to have misplaced my bloom remedies one but have a sneaky suspicion my sister has lifted it.

Well, because I bought two products I got to choose 2 travel size products I went for the Clarins Gentle Foaming Cleanser, again, I have had a sample size of this in the past and I just love it, my face always feels really fresh after using it.   The travel size is brilliant you get 50ml which will last me a while before I go and purchase the full size version.  I then picked Clarins Hydra Quench Cream-Mask because my skin is in desperate need of some TLC, especially with the summer weather we have been having - rare but true, we have had some.

Last, but not least, I picked up this Stila dual lip and cheek cream.  I have developed a lust for cream blushers and this poppy is a deep red shade which I instantly loved.  I have read a lot of reviews about these lovelies so popped one into the basket this afternoon.

I will review everything above fully later on but thought i'd share my purchases with you tonight.

What did you get up to this weekend - did anyone do any 'hauling' too. Please do share your links.
