Urban Decay/Ossie Clark - PR Launch Debenhams

Last night I was lucky enough to attend an exclusive event promoting not only the launch of the gorgeous new Ossie Clark range for Debenhams but also the opening of the Urban Decay counter in Aberdeen.

It was a pleasure to meet Eve Robertson PR Manager for Debenhams, we chatted about the face lift many of the Debenhams branches are undergoing at the moment, including my local Aberdeen branch - which has been looking a bit tired for a while.  Eve mentioned that the beauty hall is beginning to look amazing and we shall see big differences. I can't wait to check this out this weekend.

Ossie Clark - Designers & Debenhams

'Reviving some of Ossie Clark's most popular designs the Vintage inspired clothes collection offers the heritage Ossie prints reinvented as well as classic Ossie Clark cuts that helped to define Ossie as a British fashion icon'
The new Ossie Clark range is absolutely stunning and they cater for all figures and are available in sizes  8-18 which is really nice as a lot of the high street stores only cater for skinny malinkies.  Ossie Clark is exclusive to Debenhams I plan on trying some on this weekend.

The statement prints and floaty design compliment the female shape.  Versatile clothing taking day into tonight.

Urban Decay

Another special meet for me last night was Louise Kennedy who is the Area Sales Manager for Urban Decay.  Louise was just lovely and we chatted in depth about the Aberdeen Launch - I mentioned how Aberdeen has been longing for the return of the brand since it left Boots some time ago!  There are some exciting new products from the brand launching this Summer - very exciting!

We got to sample and try out products from the range including the famous Naked Palettes which are the best selling eyeshadows in the UK.   Along with this we watched a Urban Decay makeover which was really beautiful, giving me some inspiration for a different look.  Urban Decay are all about statement looks however they cater for absolutely everyone.  I am especially loving their Basics Palette at the moment, perfect for a natural day look.

Our goodie bags were also lovely which included sample eyeshadows and the Urban Decay 'Supercurl Curling Mascara' gorgeous.

To top off a brilliant evening, I met some lovely fellow North East Bloggers who I am really looking forward to meeting again.
