A few weeks ago I read a review of the Splendours Limited Edition Collection by Clarins. Those of you who follow me regularly will know I have a blush and bronzing addiction - I just had to have the bronzing compact. I purchased it the very next day thus breaking the rules of my spending ban - doh!
The Splendours Summer Bronzing Compact is the epitome of bronzers. This is a large compact with a good sized mirror.
Inside the detailing is truly stunning, a gorgeous Aztec motif is embossed on the powder, was almost a shame to use it - as this will soon disappear.
This is mainly matte, however the centre section has a slight shimmer which you can use as a highlighter, unfortunately that part is a little orangey for me to use on its own, but soon remedied when mixed with the other two tones - it blends really well.
This bronzer is really pigmented and because I am normally fairly pale I only need the tiniest amount on my brush to dust my face with which gives a gorgeous sun kissed glow.
If you would like to have this in your make up bag visit any Clarins counter for a limited time only. It costs £30.00 and you will receive 20g of product which will last you ages.
Another product in the Splendours range is this beautiful Eyeshadow Quartet & Eyeliner palette
this costs £31.00 and would compliment your bronzed look. I have this on my shopping list.

Be quick now, these beauts won't be around for long.
Ps, I have a confession - I also purchased the Crystal Lip Gel in Crystal Pink, review coming soon.
