Happy Red Nose Day everyone! I am sure you will agree with me that Comic Relief is such a worth while cause, poverty is on our doorstop but the majority of us don't witness this daily and I feel that Comic Relief does such a good job each year reminding us that it is closer to home than we think.
Over the past 10 weeks I have been on a spending ban as part of the 100 day spending ban challenge and when I think back to how much money I spend on cosmetics weekly, daily, annually it is actually quite scary. I know I will never stop while I have the means to do so but I will try and curb it in the future. In the meantime, I don't know if you remember but back at the start of the challenge I mentioned I was putting £10 aside each week so I could have a big splurge in April, I have £100.00 at the moment and I am going to donate half of it tonight for Comic Relief, it is a far better cause to go to than feed my shopping addiction, but also because last week, I was naughty and bought 3 little pieces of makeup on a certain Miss Makeup Magpies Blog Sale, however, it isn't a huge cheat as I had run out of concealer but I just couldn't turn away from the bargain Stilla Lip Gloss she had there.
So, I confess.
In my defence though, I haven't bought a single magazine this year. Nor have I had my hair done. :-) But I am nevertheless guilty as charged. Back on track now though.

Awwww you look adorable with your nose on haha! Although I'm guessing that's not the look you were going for haha :D xx
